Not only did I have a pleasurable experience, but I was also happy to have worked with a savvy real estate agent. The range I gave Ingrid for the house I wanted to buy was very broad and other agents would've asked me to narrow it down. The choice of locations I asked were also quite broad and literally spanned the city. The restrictions I had on the kind of houses was also large.
