I am not usually one to write a review, but I do feel the need to write one today. I've been lucky to have had Ingrid as my realtor. Not only did I have a pleasurable experience, but I was also happy to have worked with a savvy real estate agent. The range I gave Ingrid for the house I wanted to buy was very broad and other agents would've asked me to narrow it down. The choice of locations I asked were also quite broad and literally spanned the city. The restrictions I had on the kind of houses was also large. Ingrid Nelson has set the Standard. Because of the nature of my work I understand customer service and realize that clients can be extremely demanding. For that reason, whenever I call or email someone, I do not expect them to drop everything and address my concern.
